Inconvenience, and even serious safety accidents.
How often is the elevator overhauled?
According to the requirements in the "Elevator Maintenance Regulations", the maintenance inspection cycle is a monthly inspection, but it is not allowed to exceed one month. This is a standard requirement. Of course, you can adjust it according to the elevator operation. If necessary, you can shorten the inspection cycle, such as Semi-monthly or weekly, or even daily inspections are possible (for some specific faults, inspections are possible several times a day). The specification only stipulates the longest inspection period, and the actual inspection period depends on the specific situation, and it does not exceed the period required by the specification.
What are the common failures of elevators?
1. The door leaf vibrates greatly when opening and closing the door
Maintenance method:
①The door pulley is seriously worn, replace the door pulley;
②The door rail is deformed or loose and skewed, correct the door rail, adjust and tighten the rail;
③ The chute in the sill has too much dust or debris, which hinders the sliding of the door, and the chute should be cleaned;
④The two rollers of the door lock are not close to the door knife, and the gap is large. Adjust the door lock.
2. The elevator stops suddenly while driving
Inspection method: The door knife collides with the door wheel to disengage the lock arm, the door lock switch KMT is disconnected, the door lock relay JMS loses power, the elevator stops immediately, and the position of the door lock roller and door knife is adjusted.
3. The elevator can neither close nor open the door
Maintenance method:
①The control circuit fuse 1RD, 2RD, or door machine circuit fuse 11RD is too loose or blown, tighten or replace;
②The door machine drive belt slips, tighten the belt or replace it;
③Door motor DM is damaged. If the DC voltage between M3 and M4 of the multimeter is 110V, but the door does not rotate, it means the motor is damaged. Repair or replace;
④Resistance RMD of the door machine is broken and cannot be connected. Replace the resistance RMD;
⑤The individual connection terminals of the door machine circuit (M1 or M2 or M3 or M4) are loose and fall off, tighten to make the circuit unblocked;
⑥ The door cannot be opened or closed with the key at the base station. If you short-circuit 22 and 24 and the elevator closes or short-circuit 22 and 32, the elevator opens the door, indicating that the contact of the key switch DYK outside the hall is poorly contacted or broken. If the contact is bad, you can clean it with absolute alcohol and adjust the contact spring; if the contact is broken, replace DYK.
4. After reaching the station leveling, the elevator door will not open
Maintenance method:
① The secondary door opening limit switch 2KM is damaged, so that the door opening relay JKM cannot be energized and the elevator cannot open the door. Short-circuit two points 38 and 01 to check and confirm, and the door can be opened, indicating that 2KM is damaged, replace 2KM;
②Relay JKM is damaged, replace JKM;
③If the electrical circuit of opening the door fails, such as the normally closed contact of the operating relay JYT is not working, remove it;
④The permanent magnet relay (commonly known as reed switch) in the door opening area is damaged, so that the door opening control relay JMQ cannot be closed, and its normally open contact is still disconnected. The relay JKM cannot be energized and cannot open the door. Replace the door opening area permanent magnet relay.
5. Press the close button, the door does not close
Maintenance method:
①The AGM contact of the door close button is in poor contact or is damaged, short-circuit two points 23 and 24 to check and determine, then repair or replace;
②The three-level door-closing limit switch 3GM is damaged, so that the door-closing relay JGM cannot be energized, and the elevator cannot be closed. Short-circuit 28 and 01 to check and determine, and the door can be closed, indicating that the 3GM is damaged, replace the 3GM;
③The door closing relay JGM is damaged, replace the JGM;
④The start-opening relay 1JQ is damaged, its normally open contact 1JQ is still disconnected, and the JGM cannot be energized, so the door cannot be closed. Replace the relay 1JQ.
6. The door is not closed, and the elevator can start by selecting the floor
Maintenance method:
①The door lock relay JMS is stuck and often sucks, remove and replace the relay JMS;
②The KMT contact of the door lock switch is stuck (the door lock of the microswitch), remove or replace the door lock.
7. Opening and closing speed slows down
Maintenance method: the belt of the door opener is slipping, and the belt is tightened.
8. The door opening speed has no variable speed
Maintenance method:
①The first-level limit switch 1KM of the door opening is damaged. Replace the switch 1KM;
②The door-opening shunt resistor RKM is broken and cannot be connected. Replace the resistor RKM.
9. No speed change of door closing speed
Maintenance method:
①The first and second door closing limit switches 1GM, 2GM is damaged, replace 1GM, 2GM;
②The door-closing shunt resistor RGM is broken and cannot be connected. Replace the resistor RGM.
10. The elevator has accepted the floor selection signal and the door is closed but cannot be started
Maintenance method:
① The car door is closed in place, but the car door interlock switch KMJ is not turned on, and the door lock relay JMS cannot be energized, so the switch KMJ cannot be started, adjusted, or replaced;
②The hall door is not closed in place, the hall door interlock switch KMT cannot be turned on, and the door lock relay JMS cannot be energized, so it cannot be started. If it does not work, adjust the door speed or the door lock switch KMT;
③The door is closed in place, but the door lock switch KMT fails, remove or replace the door lock;
④ The operating relay JYT is faulty, repair or replace JYT.
