The project of Guangheng-Neighborhood Center is located in the core of the intersection of Tatesheng East Road and Chen Yuanguang Avenue in Gushi County, Henan Province, adjacent to Taohuawu Park, which fills the gap of regional large-scale commerce and radiates hundreds of thousands of consumer groups around.
The project planning land area is about 20 mu, and the construction area is about 40,000 square meters. The total investment amount is 300 million yuan, the first large children's theme commercial MALL in Gushi.
Guangheng-Neighborhood Center originated from Singapore, is a new type of commercial complex integrating commercial, cultural, sports, health, education, and other forms of business, and is a city card everywhere it goes.

Aolida Elevator provided a total of 26 units of small machine room passenger elevators (AEP601), machine room-less sightseeing elevators (AEP350), and indoor commercial type escalators (AEE200) for the project.
